F.J. Puleo ManagementIn November of 1961, Joseph A. Puleo, Sr., Joseph A. Puleo, Jr., and Francis J. Puleo opened up a real estate office on Nutt Road. In the following years the business grew and moved down the street to the historic Gutkowski Home at the corner of Nutt Road and Starr Streets. Doing business as J. Puleo & Sons until December 2006 we continued to grow selling and listing over a billion dollars of real estate. In January of 2007 Joseph A. Puleo, Jr. retired as the Broker of Record and Francis J. Puleo has now taken the helm as Broker of Record. His daughter, Trish Puleo who has worked in all aspects of the business has partnered with Francis, as well as Lynn Eachus, Broker and Mortgage Consultant, doing business now as F.J. Puleo Management. F.J. Puleo Management is pleased to offer comprehensive real estate services; sales, rentals, appraisals, property management. Our longevity in the community speaks for itself.
